Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we provide the following refund and return policies.

Conditions for Return
To protect both parties' interests, please ensure you record the entire unboxing process to verify if there are any missing or damaged items. If the product has obvious defects or damage (not caused by human error), we accept return requests. If no unboxing video is provided, we may not be able to process your return request. -
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:- Personal Hygiene Items: All jewelry, including but not limited to earrings, ear cuffs, rings, necklaces, etc., are considered personal hygiene products. Unless there is a major defect, returns are not accepted.
- Customized Items: Items that are specially made according to the customer’s order cannot be returned. Bag orders are considered customized items because they are specially produced based on the order and are not part of our in-stock items. We accept return or exchange requests before the order enters the production process, but once the order has entered production and is shipped from Europe via sea freight, no exchanges or returns can be processed. Based on the unique nature of customized items and according to Taiwanese consumer protection laws, customized products are not subject to the seven-day return policy, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
- Discounted and Promotional Items: Items purchased on discount or as part of a promotional sale are not eligible for return.

Return Timeframe
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the actual delivery date). Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Process

Submitting a Return Request
If you meet the return conditions, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, unboxing video, photos of the product, and the reason for the return. Please contact us via email at:

Product Inspection
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and receipts included. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process the return and will return the item to you. -
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and verify that your returned product meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. -
Non-return Refunds
In cases of overpayment or duplicate payment, please contact customer service with your order number and relevant proof. We will process the refund as soon as the issue is confirmed. -
Discounts and Promo Codes
If a returned item was purchased using a discount code or promo coupon, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, excluding the discounted portion.

Exchange Policy
Jewelry items, such as earrings, which are considered personal hygiene products, cannot be exchanged unless there is a major defect. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will assist you based on product availability. -
Professional Jewelry Cleaning Service
We offer professional jewelry cleaning services. The fee for cleaning is between NT$300 and NT$500, depending on the condition of the item. The cleaning process takes approximately 7 to 14 business days. If you would like to use this service, please contact our customer service team to arrange it. -
