Our founder, Phoebe BAI, invites her readers in Europe to have inspiring conversations with delicious coffee together. 

We also specially invite a 資深調香師及評香師 who has worked in the fragrance industry for more than 20 years to share her precious work experience and lead the 「探索香氛工作坊」 in person.

WHY SALON?

這場活動是場別具意義的「沙龍」 ，它的歷史可追溯至16世紀初期，
是當時文人雅士的藝文交流場域。

因此，我們希望能夠藉由這個最溫暖、美麗的十二月，

In order to share more wonderful drinks, this time YUIITSU coffee roaster will meet you in the salon with a cup of coffee. They will demonstrate the process of making pull-over coffee for you in the salon, and bring a few fragrant coffee beans to share with you all !

YUIITSU coffee roaster started in 2019, Kaohsiung TAIWAN.

They use Japanese style of coffee roasting which could bring out more classic and clean flavour of each coffee beans. They also believe the light roast coffee could present not only the bright flavour also the rich body of it.

The main idea of their brand is to link daily life with a cup of coffee, to see it as a beautiful immersive routine when you do your filter coffee on your own, not just use it as a refreshing beverage.

They are open to any B2B collaboration as well as the custom-made gift box.
