Tips to take care of your second skin
1/ Clean your precious jewels with a soft, dry cloth that will bring back the shine of the gold that acquires a patina over time.
2/ Avoid hard and salt water, hot-spring, perfume, chemicals and cosmetics. Put on your jewelries after your beauty treatment.3/ Once it comes into contact with water, remember to wipe it with a paper towel to air dry it before storing it, and clean it regularly.
4/ When you remove your jewellery, store them in our small pouch / box away from light and humidity.

Q: What type of materials do you use in your products?
All the details regarding to the materials of our products are written in the product description. Most of our jewels are made of alloy with 18k/24k gold plated (3 microns). The bags are mostly made of real leather.
Q: Will your jewellery cause allergies?
Most of the accessories are brass gold-plated, please refer to the product information page for details. The materials are all anti-allergic materials verified by various brands, but if you have a special medical history, please purchase at your own discretion.
Q: Will the color fade easily?
Please refer to the following maintenance instructions. Any inappropriate use can deteriorate the quality of the jewel more quickly.. In addition, everyone's skin acidity will also have an impact.

The length of most of our necklace is adjustable between 42 and 65 cm. For more information, please read the size guide attached to the product page.
Q: How do I know my bracelet size?
The length of most of our bracelets is adjustable between 16 and 21 cm. For more information, please read the size guide attached to the product page.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the product ordered.
For in-stock/non-customizable products: You will receive your order within 14 days.
For Personalized & Pre-order Products: You will receive your order within 6 weeks.
Q: How to track my order ?
You will receive an email including the tracking number upon shipment. You can also log into your BAI Paris account , you will be able to track your package by selecting My Account, and clicking on My Orders.
Q: How do I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may change your delivery address. Please email us for this special inquiry.
However, once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer change your delivery address. You will need to contact our logistic partners directly in your country.
Q: Can my order be delivered in several deliveries?
The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We send the available products first. Your order may therefore be shipped in several times. In this case, we will send you an email confirming the products sent.

Q: What is your return policy ?
We accept returns and exchanges with damage or seriously defective product up to 14 days after the date of receipt. Please aware that each stones have their own pretty time traces for its natural beauty.

Q: How to exchange or return a product?

We will process your request within 5 working days. After receiving your products, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund.
* Please note that BAI Paris will NOT be responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange or return. You can choose a carrier with tracking services and insurance to secure your package. BAI Paris will not be responsible for any loss during transport.
Q: How long will it take to have my refund?
If you return your product by mail , the refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of your product in our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment.

Q: Do you have guarantee on BAI Paris?
All our products, with the exception of accessories, are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee is covered internationally.
This warranty applies exclusively to defects of conformity and manufacturing defects. It does not cover, for example, superficial scratches, discoloration due to normal wear and tear of the product, missing components/materials or any other damage resulting from improper use. For these damages, the repair fee is varied with the circumstances..

Q: Can I ask repair service through BAI Paris ?
It is possible. We can assist you with purchasing small accessories, re-gilding, repairing components, etc., All the above services will incur certain charges.
