How do I know my points balance and level status?
You can stay update on your level, points and rewards from the dashboard in My Points
How do I earn the points?
1 Point qual to every 30TWD/£1/$1/€1/HKD $10/¥1,50 spent online. Any shipping, tax, duty or associated fees are NOT included.
Earned points will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order. Since the points are only awarded on completed purchases, points are confirmed after 30 days, the value of points for any returned items are NOT included.
What can I do with the points?
The points allow you to unlock exclusive benefits in each level, and graduate through levels. You may find more information here : My Points
What happens to my points when I proceed a return or cancel an order?
If you decide to return or cancel an entire order, your pendingpoints for that order will not be confirmed. If you return or cancel part of your order, the pending points for those items will be deducted.
When do my points expire?
They will expire 12 months after they have been confirmed.
How long will I stay in my level?
Your level expires 12 months from the date of your upgrade. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the level for another year, or even move up a level. In contrary, you will move down by a level if you haven’t met the points by your level on the expiry date.
